Russia’s UAZ sales fall 2% to 48,739 vehicles in 2015

MOSCOW, Jan 15 (PRIME) -- Sales of Russian automaker UAZ fell 2% on the year to 48,739 cars in 2015, the company said in a statement Friday.

“Sales of new UAZ cars fell only 2% to 48,739 units in 2015 compared with previous year on the background of a 35.7% combined contraction of the car market,” the company said.

UAZ Patriot was the most popular company’s car, which sales amounted to 19,950 units in the year.
